We will cook two different risotto recipes together from start to finish, exploring creative and traditional combinations. You will learn the fundamental importance of broth management and how to control the consistency to achieve that perfect 'all'onda' (wavy) texture that distinguishes a true gourmet risotto. Each dish will be enriched with local ingredients and seasonal vegetables, bringing the colors and scents of nature to the plate.
