Absolutely! Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances (such as gluten or dairy), or if you follow a vegetarian diet when making your booking. Since we work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we can easily adapt our recipes to ensure a safe and equally delicious experience for you.
No experience is necessary! Our masterclasses are designed to be a relaxing, fun, and accessible experience for everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner or a passionate home cook, we will guide you step-by-step to successfully create your own fresh pasta and tiramisu.
Of course, families are more than welcome! Getting your hands in the dough to make fresh pasta or gnocchi is a hands-on activity that kids love. Please just mention them when booking so we can arrange the workspaces properly.
Our cooking class lasts approximately 3 hours, which includes the hands-on preparation and the convivial final tasting. The price includes all local ingredients, the use of all utensils, an apron for the lesson, full language assistance, and, of course, the meal featuring the dishes prepared together, accompanied by drinks or wine.
